This is a service to cut your factory Glock slide for a Holosun 507k/407k pattern optic (aftermarket slides cut with prior approval). The cut will be .125" deep. The front bosses WILL be milled in to locate the optic as this is the way the optic was designed to be located and this ensures universal fitment for any optic that is in spec. The threaded holes will not break into any of the internal parts of the slide. The right threaded hole will be shallower than the left so that it does not interfere with the extractor pin. The holes are threaded 6-32 and for a a 507k/407k you will need 6-32 x 3/8 screws.

IRON LOCATION: You may choose to keep your irons in the factory location, which will mean the optic sits in front of the rear iron sight. We also offer an iron sight relocation service where the optic will be cut to the rear of the slide and the iron sight dovetail will be recut in front of the optic. **Please note: The Glock 42 model can be cut for this optic, but the rear iron sights will be eliminated completely.

COATINGS: There is also an option to add Cerakote or bluing to the slide. We offer the Cerakote in Graphite Black, FDE, ODG, Tungsten and Burnt Bronze and it will be applied to the entire slide. The cold bluing will be applied to just the area we cut and your factory finish will remain everywhere else. This type of finish is not as consistent and visually appealing as the Cerakote, but offers some protection for the bare metal. If the Cerakote option is chosen, we will remove your channel liner and install a new one after coating. We also now offer a black nitride coating. The nitride is a much harder finish than the Cerakote and will not wear as quickly. It is similar to many factory coatings and offers a clean uniform black look. We work with a local company to offer the nitride, so lead times are not guaranteed. Estimated 3-4 weeks total turnaround.

THE PROCESS: Once you checkout with your chosen optic cut you will receive an email with instructions on how to ship the slide to us. Please ship us your stripped slide only, we are not an FFL and cannot handle frames! We will complete the cut and/or Cerakote and then ship the slide back to you quickly! You will receive an email once the slide has been shipped back to you.

TIMELINE: Once we receive your slide, we will complete the work in the stated turnaround time (Mon-Fri) or less and get it shipped back to you. This includes coating.

PLEASE NOTE: Your order will be returned to the address that you provide at checkout. Please follow instructions and include a copy of your confirmation email when you ship your slide to us, failure to follow this will result in increased turnaround time.

    Great work and super quick as well. fit my non mos g48 perfect for a holosun 407k. I sent my slide in along with the slightly cheaper RMSc optic I had at the time and they even made sure to reshape the lug holes on the bottom of the optic just a little to adjust for the tolerances. Everything fit like a charm.

    Wife’s Glock 42 w/OD Green Cerakote cut for 407k Holosun. All I can say is wow. Shipped to them and got it back in about 10 days total (with USPS shipping). Was cut perfectly and the Cerakote looks fantastic. I have been looking to get her slide cut for a 407k for some time, and some of the prices were just ridiculous. Also, a lot of places wouldn’t even cut the Glock 42 .380. Then I found wager Machine Works, their prices were awesome, but there turn-around time was even more impressive. I am considering sending my Glock 23 slide in for a 507k Holosun soon, I mean you can’t beat this service, quality, and shipping with a stick.
