Please read out Frequently Asked Questions page if you are looking for simple answers before you reach out to us. Due to how many emails we receive, going forward we will not be answering the following questions due to the limited amount of time we have to keep up with emails:

1.) Can you do x/y/z that isn’t offered on your website.

2.) My slide was just delivered, how long will it take and can you update me on the process (in most cases the work will be competed and shipped back out to you before we even have a chance to respond to emails like this). If you slide has been delivered and it has been greater than the stated turnaround time, please reach out and inquire about it, but otherwise, please be patient and understand that our time is limited and we wear a lot of hats as this is just a family business. When we get an excessive amounts of emails asking for updates, it takes away from us actually completing the work.

• Returns are valid on products within 30 days and you must contact us to get the process started.

• We 100% stand behind our work and products, if there is ever an issue please let us know and we will make it right!
