California Updated Shipping Procedure – December 2025

Due to the passing of AB1263 in California, for all customers looking to purchase a product/service who are currently located in in CA, we have put the following into place to ensure we can continue to serve you. Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth transition and shipment of your order. If we have any issues we will reach out to you.

1.) Please create a customer account on our site if you have not already. This can be done by clicking the ‘My Account’ button in the top header menu of the site. Follow the prompts to create an account.

2.) Once the account is created, select the ‘License’ page and upload a picture of your license. Going forward, we will verify all orders placed from you match the name and address on your license and that is the only address we will be able to ship the order to.

3.) Click this link and download the pdf: California AB1263 Acknowledgement Please sign this statement and upload that in the same location of your account that you uploaded your license.

4.) All shipments going to customers in CA must be sent to the address on your license and will be sent with an adult signature required.

We apologize for all the extra steps, but once you have uploaded the license picture and the AB1263 acknowledgement, you will be covered for any future orders placed under that account, it is only a one time step.
